Cost of C.O.D. is $8.95, plus applicable shipping charges. A money order or phone order gets your trains shipped out faster. Unless you are a prior customer, all orders paid by CHECK will be delayed 15 days for your check to clear the bank.

Shipping Charges : Shipping charges will be charged based upon item size and weight and will be shipped VIA FedEx. ground service in the Continental United States (*except Alaska and Hawaii). A Quote will be given at time of order and you may ask for a definite charge when items have been ordered, and before they are shipped. *Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico will be shipped via Priority Mail. Add an additional $15.00 per order shipped. We will give shipping charges via e-mail to buyer for international orders and request their approval prior to shipment. For orders that require multiple shipments, shipping charges will apply to your first shipment only based upon your total order. Any shipments on that order after the first shipment will be shipped FREE. We reserve the right to ship orders in any number of shipments per order we desire. Customers who request shipment of in stock items under $100.00, will be charged a $5.00 service charge. For orders outside the Continental U.S., you will be billed at actual cost of the freight carrier you choose (plus $1.00 service charge) Federal Express Air service is available. Air shipment charges are billed at actual cost charged by the freight carrier. We ship anywhere in the world. All foreign orders add 20% for postage, minimum postage $10.00. All overage will be refunded.

Disclaimer : We are not responsible for printing errors, for sale of Layaway items, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item. Damaged Merchandise : All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please have the freight carrier pick up the damaged merchandise and return them to us FREE OF CHARGE, it is their responsibility to return them to us. Also please enclose a copy of the invoice in the package explaining the damage so we know what is happening. 10 days limit from shipping date.

Back Orders : Due to the unique manufacturing process in the industry, some backorders may take quite a while to ship. Items will remain on backorder until product is received from the manufacturer or notice is received that it is not being made. The customer may cancel their back orders at any time prior to receipt from the manufacturer. This request must be in writing.

Returns : Please e-mail us at customerservice@leesuits.com to get a return authorization which must appear on your shipping label below the city and state. Please use preprinted label attached to your invoice. The yellow invoice copy must be enclosed with the backside completed explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused NEW condition. NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value. No returns of books or video tapes. All Closeout, specials, inventory reductions, Sale, or other special promotion based sales are Final. No exceptions. Some offers may vary so please e-mail for specific program rules.

Privacy Issue LeeSuits.com does not trace individuals while visiting the website. It traces content viewed and how often, and what times. No specific information about visitors is obtained by LeeTrain.com E-mail addresses provided to LeeTrain.com will not be sold or given to third parties without prior authorization.
